Slimline shabby chic card

I am back with another shabby chic slimline card using Belle Fleur from Swati Craft corner. Its the most gorgeous paper pack which has pastel shades and tons of floral elements and pretty girls. Tons of projects can be made using this paper pack like album, cards, tags, gift boxes, layouts and more. 

Today, I have a slimline card using floral elements and the girl image. I have a lot of other elements like, laces, tulle, die cuts, chippies to add to the layers. I mixed and matched the colour of die cuts here along with laces too. I finished the card with poppy flowers and unicorn beads and a sentiment.

Pretty gift bag

Hello there,

Welcome to my blog and follow my work on social media. 

I am back with a pretty project for Swati craft corner using our new release and the most gorgeous vintage theme papers I've used - Timeless Classic. These papers are just brilliant for any occasion. We can use these sheets for birthdays, anniversary, mother's day, father's day, valentine's day and more. I have a simple gift bag that looks like a handbag and there is a lot of room to put small gifts and keep some personal messages too or even a mini album. There is a lot of work here with some handmade flowers and die cut leaves and some laces and lather faux charms too.

May IAR challenge

This is my first time entering in IAR challenge. I made a shabby chic card using pattern paper,elements, die cuts and laces along with the most gorgeous thing which is the mulberry flowers. Shabby chic card - Belle fleur

I am back with a video tutorial after a long time. Thanks to all my subscribers who have been super patient waiting for my video. I have a shabby chic card tutorial using Belle Fleur from Swati Craft corner. Its the most gorgeous paper pack I have ever worked with. SCROLL DOWN FOR VIDEO

Check out the video below as I also have a walk through of the paper pack and the element sheet, You will love this pack. There are so many elements to work with and tons of gorgeous images as well. Here, I used a few images from the pack with die cut foliage, leaves an handmade flowers. Adding deco stones and deco beads can make such a huge difference to the end result.

Pocket tag card

Welcome to my blog and follow my work on social media. 

I am back with another paper crafting project using Floral dreams from Swati Craft corner. Its a beautiful paper pack and I wanted to make something different and hence decided to use tags in this card. I created two diagonal pockets and gave it a shabby chic look. 

Its a top fold notecard and after creating the diagonal pocket, I used a border punch and added it to the pockets. I used lace, flowers from the element sheet and fuzzy cut butterfly from the paper pack. I added foamiran flowers to the card and finished with adding some sequins and gemstones.

Mixed media gift bag

Welcome to my blog and follow my work on social media.

I m back with another project for Swati Craft Corner using Floral dreams and coordinating element sheet along with watercolours from Beyond inks. I made the brown bag from scratch using Kraft cardstock, then started working on it. 

I first applied two coats of clear gesso as I will be doing some watercolouring work to the base. Beyond inks colours are the best. They are so vibrant and amazing to use. you can see how vibrant the colours are on kraft cardstock. I used sheet from the paper pack to first die cut a circular frame and then used the floral pattern from another sheet. I added all the elements together by layering one on top of the other. To finish the bag, I punched holes and added lace to it and a metal butterfly as well.

'Floral dreams' layout

Welcome to my blog and follow my work on social media.

My addiction to making layouts is increasing by the day. I am totally in love to making layouts and adding layers and texture to the background while also working with elements and selecting the right picture to go along with the theme. 

For this post, I have used Floral dreams paper pack from Swati craft corner and made some handmade flowers to go along with the layout. The sheet that I chose from the pack has a colour theme of green blue and violet. The best part in this sheet is that the floral images are there only on the two corners of the sheet and the rest is plain and good to work with. I used a stencil to create a textured background and used watercolours from beyond inks. I started adding layers using lace, die cuts, chippies and ephemeras and flowers. I finished the layout by adding the picture and slapttering some black ink.

Elegance of rose layout

Welcome to my blog and follow my work on social media.

We all like to have out pictures placed in super cute and pretty layout with lots of florals and flowers and elements. I have a super simple and fun layout using pattern paper and element sheet from Summer Blooms by Swati Craft Corner. 

The paper pack has gorgeous floral themed papers which are perfect for any theme/occasion. I have also used polka dot vellum sheets and kept the focus on the middle of the layout. I have added some die cuts to go along with the layout. Below I have some close ups of the layout to see the elements used.

Baby card - Stampers Delights

I love making baby cards. Here is a cute image from Stampers Delights and its a baby boy. I coloured the image and used baby boy pattern paper for the background which goes perfectly with the image. Book card for baby boy

Gifting handmade cards are in trend these days. While I was working on my DT project fro Swati craft corner, I was thinking how can I make this card more interesting??? I decided to make a book card... What's fun about this card?? It looks like a book and when we open the card on the inside there it looks like a shadow box and this is perfect to add elements inside the shadow box and make them look like they are hanging or floating and give some dimension. I will soon have a video tutorial for the same.
