Dress my card

Hello everyone,

Welcome back to my blog....
Before we start this post, if you haven't followed my blog yet, hit the follow button now. 

Today, I have a post for The Paper Shelter challenge blog. This is challenge #396 and the theme is Dress it up. Using this theme, we can dress up our card as per our wish. For this card I used Follow the stars image and I have video tutorial to go along with the post.
