Name plate

Hello there,
Welcome to my blog and follow my work on social media.

With festive season and wedding season here in India, gifting handmade products to near and dear gives us happiness. I have a new project here using Shubh Vivah paper collection from Swati Craft Corner. This will make a gift for newly weds or for house warming.

The paper pack is Indian wedding theme and has gorgeous bright colours that compliment Indian weddings. They can also be used for other themed projects apart from wedding.

How to make this:
I took an MDF base measuring 9 x 12 inches and painted the back side using chalk paint. Gesso can also be used instead of chalk paint.
I measured the same on 12 x 12 pattern paper and cut out the same.
Using Mod Podge, I pasted the pattern paper to the MDF base.
Then, I added element sheets and some chiplets that come along with the set.
To finish the nameplate, I added some flowers, leaves and sealed the sides using a gold washi tape.

Challenges entered:

Thank you for stopping by and hope you all enjoyed the project.
Stay happy and keep crafting.

  16. Name plates can be put almost anywhere. They can be hung outside somebody’s house or on the entrance of somebody’s office. A person can also buy name plate for door online from a printing store.
