Butterfly CAS card

Hello there,
Welcome to my blog and follow my work on social media.

I am back with another CAS card using DC134 - Butterflies stamp and die from Hero arts. This is the first stamp I bought from Hero arts and I hardly used it. I was in search of a die set and I stumbled upon this set and I felt I should use it atleast now. I decided to go with no-line colouring and give a rainbow colour palette. For the card base, I used a pale purple ink and gave a subtle background. I wanted the focus to stay on the butterfly. I added a sentiment and couple of gemstones to finish the card.

Elsa - No line colouring

Hello there,
Welcome to my blog and follow my work on social media.

Recently, I started trying my hands on no-line water colouring and it is definitely fun. For today's post I am using Little darling winter from Your next stamp. For  colouring I used water colours from Beyond inks and I will definitely recommend them and I love the quality of the inks and water colour paper that comes along with the inks.

To stamp the image, I used Antique linen distress ink and paint brush sizes 0 & 2 to do my colouring. Colours used here:
  1. Coffee Brown - for skin
  2. Forest green & Rose pink  - for dress
  3. Mustard yellow & Sunflower yellow - for hair
  4. Aqua blue - for the background
I am not great at watercolouring but I gave my best here and will be making more cards with the same technique. To finish the card, I assembled all of it and finished with sentiment and some gem stones.

Rakhi cards

Hello there,
Welcome to my blog and follow my work on social media.

I am back with another post to celebrate Rakhi with brothers. Its a very special festival in India, where the sister ties a rakhi to her brother and annoy him more than usual.. lol...

I have used stamps, stencils and inks from Tubby card to make my cards for today. I have used Surprise box, Sibing festival and Floral invitation along with stencils Watercolour lines, Foliage 1 and Crack it

CARD 1

This is my first card for this post
For my card, I stamped the image from Surprise box, coloured and fuzzy cut it.
I did two stenciling here. The first for the background, using watercolour lines with Hot pink and Imperial red ink.
For the second, I used olive green ink and crack it stencil
For the sentiment, I mixed from two stamp sets, the word surprise from surprise box and the rest from Sibling festival.
I finished the card by putting them together.

CARD 2

For my next card,I made it very festive by using floral spray stamp from Floral invitation and Sibling festival.
I stamped the images and coloured them up and kept two of the sprays not coloured.
I stenciled a blue note card using Chinese blue ink and foliage 1.
I added die cuts to the background and started layering up the images and finished the card with a sntiment.

Thank you for stopping by and hope you all enjoyed the card.
